Reporting: Deliver concise reports tracking developers’ progress in implementing app marketing strategies, app performance metrics (downloads, retention, and ROI), and identifying optimisation areas.

Travel: No travel is required for mentors as all sessions will be conducted remotely.

Main Duties:

Provide individualised virtual mentorship sessions to SME leaders.

Support app developers in deploying app-specific strategies, such as App Store Optimization (ASO), advanced campaign management, and leveraging Google tools for targeted user acquisition and engagement.

Monitor progress, review participant action plans, and offer regular positive and constructive feedback, as well as coaching

Conduct regular check-ins to address challenges and ensure application of key concepts.

Maintain records of mentorship sessions and provide detailed progress reports to program managers, as and when required.
